Sign in with a magic link or Google

Use this guide if you cannot sign in, the sign-in email is not arriving, or you are not sure which sign-in method to use.

Oona does not use passwords. You sign in with a one-time magic link sent to your email, or with Google.

Magic link sign-in

Enter your email on the sign-in screen, request a magic link, then open the email and click the one-time link. If the link expires, request a new one.

If the email does not arrive

• Check spam/junk folders.
• Confirm the email address is correct and request another link.
• Wait a minute or two for delivery delays.
• If it keeps failing, try another email provider or contact support.

Google sign-in

Select Continue with Google, approve the prompt, and you will be returned to Oona signed in. Make sure you are using the same Google account as before.
