Revoke or update a shared link

Use this guide if you want to stop someone from accessing a shared project link, or if a link was sent to the wrong person.

How to revoke a share link

Open the project sharing settings and revoke the active link. Once revoked, the old link stops working.

What revoking does and does not do

• Revoking ends access via that link and invalidates copies of it.
• It does not delete your project or remove content from your account.
• It cannot undo files someone already downloaded or saved while the link was active.

If you shared by mistake

Revoke as soon as possible, then rotate a new link if you still need to share. If you are worried about what was accessed before revocation, contact Oona.
